370HR高速板材规格参数

       370HR层压板是使用高性能180°C Tg FR-4多功能环氧树脂制成的,该材料专为要求大散热性能,可靠性和耐CAF性能的多层印刷线路板(高速PCB)应用而设计。 该材料具有出色的热性能,且热膨胀系数(CTE)低,并且其机械,化学和防潮性能达到或超过了传统FR-4材料的性能,370HR用于数千种PCB设计中,并且在热可靠性,CAF性能,易加工性和顺序层压设计的可靠性能方面被证明是同类产品中最好的。
